The Digital Media Manager plays a pivotal role in leading Reckitt’s digital campaign activations in-platform, overseeing media performance & developing campaign best practice. Being the main point of contact for the Western Europe Consumer Engagement (CE) Pod, you will be responsible for co-creating digital activation plans across key brands in collaboration with a wider team – supported by the local Media, Audience & Performance teams.
The Digital Media Manager will oversee the daily media performance across key channels, ensuring campaign optimizations are implemented. You will act as the senior digital expert for key digital platform(s) – responsible for developing & updating digital channel playbooks, advising on campaign set-up and leading a team of digital in-house traders to support with the running of campaigns.
About the role
Reckitt is expanding its in-house media capability, and we are hiring four digital specialists to join our Applied Media Science (AMS) team. We are recruiting for three closely related profiles - Digital Media Managers and one Retail Media Trading Manager, all sitting within the same high-performing team and working in partnership with the Western Europe Consumer Engagement (CE) Pod.
All roles will be responsible for activating, optimizing, and elevating media performance in-platform while upskilling internal teams and driving digital excellence across Reckitt’s priority brands.
Your responsibilities
All roles will contribute to Reckitt’s in-house media excellence through:
- Co-creating activation plans with audience, performance, and content teams
- Acting as in-platform experts, advising on tactics and best practices
- Managing and mentoring a team of Digital Associates or Traders
- Driving daily optimizations and ensuring campaigns deliver against KPIs
- Developing and updating channel playbooks
- Collaborating on digital and retail test-and-learn initiatives
- Reporting performance and insights back to CE teams
- Identifying innovation opportunities and sharing case studies
Digital Media Manager (3 Roles Available)
- Full-funnel digital activation across programmatic, social, search, and video
- Hands-on performance management within platforms such as DV360, TTD, Meta, TikTok, and Paid Search
- Development of digital channel playbooks and in-platform best practices
- Oversight of in-house digital traders activating brand campaigns
- Digital test-and-learn experimentation to drive efficiency & effectiveness
Retail Media Trading Manager (1 Role Available)
- Planning and activation of campaigns across major retail media networks
- Driving sales-led media strategies aligned to brand and shopper objectives
- Hands-on optimization within platforms such as Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, Criteo, Pacvue, and retailer-specific solutions
- Development of retail media playbooks, benchmarks, and innovation frameworks
- Partnering with eCommerce teams to execute performance-driven activations
The experience we're looking for
- 4+ years of hands-on media experience (digital, retail media, programmatic, eCommerce, or paid social/search)\
- Strong understanding of digital and/or retail media platforms such as DV360, TTD, Meta, TikTok, Amazon DSP, Criteo, retailer DSPs, or equivalent
- Experience with ad servers and verification tools (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, DoubleVerify)
- Proven experience managing or mentoring teams, setting objectives, and prioritizing tasks
- Solid understanding of campaign optimization, audience strategy, measurement, and performance delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder management in both English & French
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- High curiosity and eagerness to innovate and test new approaches
- Ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
