About the role
Within the Marketing department of our Reckitt Essential Home Business Unit and reporting to the MEDIA France & Benelux division, you will work with the marketing teams and partner agencies on iconic brands. Your role will involve implementing and analyzing media and digital campaigns
Your responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor media and digital campaigns (TV, Display, Online Video, Social). From drafting briefs with product managers to post-campaign analysis, including communication with the media agency, deployment of advertising assets, and monitoring and reporting on online launches.
- Analyze the media performance of campaigns and collaborate with brand teams to measure the impact on sales, ensuring the continuous optimization of our media campaigns.
- Co-manage the Search Management (SEA) strategy with the media agency and our partners: monitor campaigns, propose optimizations, and share best practices.
- Support the media team in project management and budget management.
E-commerce/E-retail:
- Manage and optimize Amazon or e-retail advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.) to maximize visibility and sales.
- Analyze performance using KPIs (ACoS, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and adjust bidding and targeting strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce marketing and sales teams to align the media strategy with business objectives.
The experience we're looking for
- 1–2 years of experience in media, digital marketing, or e-commerce (internships or agency experience included)
- Fluency in English mandatory with French being a major plus, Dutch is also considered an advantage
- Familiarity with media campaign execution across channels like display, video, social, and search
- Exposure to managing or supporting digital advertising campaigns, from setup to reporting
- Basic understanding of search advertising (e.g., Google Ads, SEA) and campaign optimization concepts
- Experience or familiarity with tools such as Google Campaign Manager, DV360, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager
- Comfortable working with performance metrics like ROAS, ACoS, CTR, and using them to support reporting and optimization
- Awareness of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon ads, sponsored products) and how media supports sales performance
- Interest in customer journey mapping and how different digital touchpoints contribute to brand performance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing assets, timelines, and deliverables
- Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset, able to work across teams and with external partners such as media or creative agencies
- Eagerness to grow in digital media, performance marketing, and data-driven strategy
