About the role

As a Junior Medical Marketing Manager, you will support the development and execution of medical marketing strategies that engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) and strengthen brand positioning. You will collaborate closely with brand teams, leverage medical insights, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while driving impactful projects. This role combines scientific expertise with marketing execution, offering an opportunity to influence healthcare communication and contribute to Reckitt’s mission of improving health outcomes.

Your responsibilities

  • HCP Branded Strategy & Content Creation
    • Support collaborative work with brand teams to develop projects and execute medical strategies
    • Leverage medical insights and provide competitor data and healthcare landscape analysis to brand teams
    • Work closely with LRA for material submission and development; proactively identify new claims to support strategy
  • Detailing Responsibilities
    • Support detailing strategy and planning in line with brand objectives
  • HCP Activation
    • Assist in preparing HCP media plans with media agencies
    • Manage required assets (with approvals & VISAs) for media plans
    • Support congress and seminar preparation
    • Track results and analyze outputs

The experience we're looking for

  • Degree in Pharmacy or Biological Sciences
  • Knowledge of French healthcare codes of practice (NèreS, ANSM, HAS, DGS, Ministry of Health)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ideally, previous internship experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare company
  • Flexibility to manage multiple tasks of varying complexity
  • Fluency in English and French
