The eRB function is the eCommerce and digital execution engine of Reckitt. We help create a healthier, cleaner world by building shared success with our consumers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible through online channels.

Within eRB we're focused on accelerating the performance and purpose of Reckitt brands to empower a bigger, faster and bolder eCommerce and digital business. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

Reckitt has around 800 eCommerce people across the world. In-market roles cover areas such as online Key Accounts and Performance Marketing, regional roles work with the markets to provide specialist expertise to accelerate online growth, and our global teams cover areas such as Amazon, EB2B and Direct to Consumer.

Your responsibilities

  • Advise and support marketing teams on media strategy and performance
  • Analyze campaign performance against media KPIs and collaborate with brand teams to draw insights for sales
  • Support the Digital Media Manager in the development, implementation, and monitoring of digital media campaigns (SEA, Display, Online Video, Social Media, and SEO). This includes everything from drafting briefs with product managers to post-campaign analysis, liaising with the media agency, deploying advertising assets, and monitoring online launches/reporting.
  • Also support them in analyzing websites and propose optimizations in line with brand objectives.
  • Manage projects with various agencies (media and digital) and global PR teams.
  • Ensure competitor monitoring, in collaboration with the media agency, and maintain communication with the marketing teams.
  • Track investments by brand and media channel, and ensure adherence to budget commitments and agreements with media partners.
  • Position yourself as a media expert for the marketing teams and be a driving force for innovation and new ideas.
  • Organize workshops and training sessions to ensure marketing teams remain informed of media trends and new developments.

The experience we're looking for

  • You have at least 5 years of multimedia experience (primarily in TV & digital), preferably gained in an agency.
  • Strong command of both English & French 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and propose solutions
  • Comfortable taking initiative
  • Technical Skills Required - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Google Suite (Analytics, Ads) - Facebook Ads Manager
