About the role

As a Medical Marketer for the France market, you will play a key role in shaping and executing healthcare professional strategies for our OTC brands. You’ll collaborate closely with brand, regulatory, and agency teams to translate scientific insights into impactful content and campaigns, supporting both detailing and broader HCP activation. Your work will help ensure our brands are both medically robust and commercially effective across the region.

Your responsibilities

  • HCP branded strategy & content creation :
    • Work collaboratively with the brand team to provide strategic scientific input into brand plans to drive strategic positioning, activation plan and key marketing messages
    • Leverage medical insight and provide proactive vision of competitor data and consumer healthcare landscape to brand team when relevant
    • Scientific Literature vigilance for the Fr products, incl. follow-up of new guidelines on related pathologies.
    • Work closely and proactively with local Regulatory team to find new claims to support brand strategies
    • Translation of HCP and patients’ content into French (detailing, story boards, POSM…)
  • Detailing responsibilities :
    • Support brand team in building detailing with strong and relevant studies, data points and insights
    • Train HQ and detailing team on branded assets, regularly and in line with business objectives
  • HCP activation :
    • Support brand teams and agency in building strong HCP communication strategic plans (messages, touchpoint, etc.)
    • Attend branded/sponsored conferences and seminar and provide summary to the teams
    • Track and analyse results to provide improvement recommendations

The experience we're looking for

  • Mandatory fluency in French & English with strong writing and presentation abilities
  • Strong scientific background (preferably in pharmacy) with the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic messaging
  • Solid understanding of the consumer healthcare/OTC landscape in France
  • Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks, including NèreS, ANSM, HAS, DGS, French Minister of Heath codes of practice
  • Experience developing HCP communication strategies and content, including detailing aids, storyboards, and patient materials
  • Proven ability to collaborate with regulatory teams to align claims with brand positioning and ensure compliance
  • Effective project manager, comfortable working cross-functionally with brand, medical, regulatory, and agency teams
  • Experience training internal teams on scientific content and branded materials
  • Analytical and proactive, with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Confident working independently and attending scientific events to gather insights and share summaries with key stakeholders
