About the role
As a Regulatory Science Communication Manager, you will be the go-to expert for scientific insights and competitive positioning, translating complex science into impactful communication strategies for healthcare professionals and consumers. You’ll lead the development of superior product claims, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborate across local and global teams to strengthen brand credibility. This role combines science, strategy, and creativity - giving you the opportunity to influence brand positioning, engage with key opinion leaders, drive educational initiatives, and make a meaningful impact in healthcare. Your responsibilities
- Act as the internal expert on the competitive scientific landscape and market specifics.
- Define and support superiority claims based on scientific evidence to give brands a competitive edge.
- Translate technical/scientific advantages into clear communication for internal and external stakeholders (HCPs, sales teams, consumers).
- Build and execute HCP communication strategy with innovative claims and compliant materials.
- Lead consumer communication strategy ensuring science-based, impactful messaging aligned with regulatory standards.
- Ensure compliance with advertising codes, submission deadlines, and regulatory processes (ANSM, Démarches Simplifiées).
- Develop and maintain relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and external stakeholders through advisory boards, congresses, and scientific events.
- Create and deliver educational programs and training for HCPs and internal teams (marketing, sales) on products and pathologies.
- Oversee copy approval and compliance for promotional materials, ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory frameworks.
- Support medical information teams and respond to inquiries from HCPs and consumers, maintaining updated FAQs and compliance with quality policies.
The experience we're looking for
- University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or related Medical Sciences.
- Experience in science-based trainings or regulatory roles within Healthcare.
- Strong scientific communication and ability to translate complex data into impactful messaging.
- Proven experience in compliance and regulatory processes for promotional materials.
- Skilled in building relationships with HCPs/KOLs and leading scientific events.
- Commercial awareness and ability to develop strategies and measurable plans.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and continuous improvement focus.
- Fluency in English and French.
