About the role
We are seeking a hands-on Retail Media Trading Manager to lead the planning, activation, and optimization of retail media campaigns across Reckitt brands. This role is central to driving performance within retail media environments, working closely with internal teams and retail partners to ensure best-in-class execution across platforms such as Amazon and other key e-retailers.
As the primary point of contact for the Italy & Greece, you will co-create and execute retail media tactical plans that align with brand objectives. You will, ensure campaigns are optimized in real-time and delivering against KPIs.
Your responsibilities
• Lead the planning and execution of retail media campaigns across key e-retailers and retail media networks.
• Co-create retail media activation plans in collaboration with audience, performance, and content teams.
• Advise on retail media strategies and in-platform tactics aligned with brand and sales objectives.
• Guide a team of retail media traders, providing optimisations suggestions and governance for campaign execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute test-and-learn initiatives within retail media environments.
• Provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights to CE teams.
• Identify new opportunities for innovation and efficiency in retail media trading.
• Share success stories and case studies to drive knowledge sharing across teams.
The experience we're looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in retail media trading, programmatic, or eCommerce media buying.
• Deep understanding of retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, Pacvue, Criteo and local retail vendors).
• Experience with ad verification and measurement tools (e.g., DoubleVerify, Google Campaign Manager).
• Proven ability to manage teams, set objectives, and prioritize tasks effectively.
