You will proactively partner with the other commercial functions within the organisation to implement common business systems and processes. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Facilitate issue resolution for non-local applications by interfacing with the broader support organization and local end users, acting as mediator 
•Plan, manage and execute agreed regional & country projects across our Region (Italy, Greece and Israel)
•Identify, evaluate, prioritize and deliver agreed value-added initiatives across our Region 
•Develop and deliver training and continuous improvement programs to ensure system adoption, process compliance and optimum use of solutions
•Document, review, analyse, improve current methods/Systems/Processes – drive consistency across the region
•Engage with stakeholders to baseline kpi’s, agree on targets, develop a business case, define success criteria, identify methods of measurement and establish ownership for benefits realisation and measurement
•Champion the development and implementation of data and process compliance measures
•Act as the lead interface for requirements gathering for business projects


REQUIREMENTS 
•At least 1-3 years of experience of supporting supply chain & logistics applications
•Experience identifying process improvements (specifically within the supply function)  & coordinating their implementation
•Well-founded experience in writing business feasibility reports and undertaking presentations
•Proven experience of leading a project team, within a multinational, or FMCG company
•Flexible to travel
