About the role

This role requires you to participate in shaping and implementing Reckitt IT&D strategy in the Sales and Data & Analytics area, while working in partnership with the business and with global IT&D team. 

You will be responsible for working closely with the Sales to understand key customer challenges and you will be accountable for creating innovative IT&D solutions.

Your responsibilities

  • Build an effective and strong partnership with regional business colleagues (Italy, Greece and Israel, Sales and Data&Analytics areas), to ensure projects and procedures take into account relevant business and IT&D priorities.
  • Build an effective and strong partnership with Global, Area and local IT&D teams, to ensure projects and procedures taking into account relevant priorities and to optimise project delivery.
  • Effectively manage external relationships to the benefit of RB. This will include vendor negotiation, selection and on-going Vendor Management.
  • Ensure the IT&D team maximise the business value from our Front Office systems landscape and actively measure adoption and KPI to confirm business value realisation.
  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of overall Global IT&D Strategy.
  • Ensure that we have the appropriate support models in place to meet the business expectations of our systems.
  • Lead the readiness activities for any deployment of new systems.
  • Managing the demands for new solutions short to medium whilst maintaining a longer-term IT&D Strategy.

The experience we're looking for

  • Master’s degree
  • Previous experience (minimum 5 years), preferably in FMCG sector/consultancy with expertise in the field of Sales and Data&Analytics
  • Fluent English and Italian
  • interpersonal and leadership skills (people management experience required)
  • Strategic planning capability and vision
  • International mobility for career development
