About the role

We are looking for an Regional IT Senior Business Analyst to manage the relationship between IT&D and key business stakeholders. You will be accountable for the quality, availability, and continuous improvement of end-to-end IT services, acting as the key ambassador between IT Operations and the business.

You’ll work closely with Regional teams, R&D, and factories to ensure effective delivery and execution of DEE products and platforms. You’ll lead service performance reporting with a strong focus on business outcomes and SLA targets, while providing strategic insight into site infrastructure planning and refresh needs.

Your responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IT&D Directors, Regional leaders, R&D, and factory stakeholders.
  • Ensure high service quality, availability, and performance across all business units.
  • Report on key performance metrics, focusing on SLAs and business outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage continuous service improvement (CSI) initiatives, maintaining a database and reporting status to DEE and IMEX.
  • Support local delivery of DEE products and platforms in collaboration with IMEX.
  • Drive infrastructure planning, including forecasting site refreshes.
  • Promote adoption of the Operating Design (OD) model and facilitate connections between IMEX and Product Streams.
  • Analyze customer service feedback and statistics to drive ongoing service enhancements.
  • Ensure alignment and execution of key technology projects at the local and regional level.

The experience we're looking for

  • 5 years of experience in IT service management, operations, or delivery roles within a global or regional organization.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with senior business stakeholders and translating business needs into IT service outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks (certification preferred) and service management best practices.
  • Experience in managing SLAs, performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Exposure to infrastructure lifecycle planning and local/regional technology project delivery.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Ability to navigate matrix organizations and work collaboratively across IT functions (including IMEX, Product Teams, and Operations).
  • Experience with service reporting tools and dashboards is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus depending on region.
