About the role
As Professional Marketing Manager, you will drive Healthcare Professional (HCP) activation excellence through the localisation and implementation of multi-channel engagement toolkits designed to build trust, confidence and recommendation of our self-care brands among HCPs, while measuring and reporting their impact on business performance.
Working as part of the IMEX Professional Marketing team, you will contribute to the execution of HCP engagement strategies and success models across multiple brands and HCP audiences. You will be responsible for adapting global toolkits to local market needs and ensuring their effective in-market activation across a range of communication channels, supplementing them with additional local content where required. In close collaboration with Regulatory and other cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure all HCP-facing materials successfully complete local approval processes prior to deployment. You will also track campaign reach, engagement and effectiveness, generating insights to evaluate impact and support the continuous optimisation of HCP activation initiatives.
Your responsibilities
- Adapt and localise global HCP communication toolkits to meet local market needs, leveraging the Global Success Model (GSM), customer insights, brand science and healthcare ecosystem knowledge to drive awareness, advocacy and category leadership.
- Gather and translate local HCP insights into impactful communication strategies and engagement initiatives across brands and target audiences.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Global and Local Professional Marketing, Regulatory, Medical, Sales and agency partners to ensure compliant and effective HCP activation across channels.
- Manage external agencies in the development and delivery of localised HCP content, educational initiatives and engagement materials based on global assets.
Support the execution of HCP engagement strategies through collaboration with professional organisations and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), in alignment with regulatory and company requirements. - Develop and optimise HCP go-to-market plans for ongoing engagement activities and product launches, while monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Drive the deployment of HCP toolkits to sales and detailing teams and represent the company at key HCP congresses, conferences and professional events, demonstrating strong Professional Marketing capabilities across insights, content, innovation, collaboration and commercial execution.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Healthcare, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, with strong experience in HCP engagement and healthcare communications.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or consumer health industries across Professional Marketing, Medical Marketing, HCP Communications, Sales or Detailing roles.
- Strong understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem, HCP landscape and stakeholder dynamics, with experience developing communication strategies and content for HCP audiences.
- Experience in developing and implementing multi-channel HCP engagement programmes, including educational materials, communication assets and training content.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and translate complex information into clear, actionable plans.
- Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
In compliance with Legislative Decree No. 96/2026 on pay transparency, this job offer provides for employment under the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) “Chemical Industry and Chemical-Pharmaceutical”, which governs the applicable classification and remuneration framework.
The gross annual salary for this position ranges between €46.200 and €69.000. This range is determined in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement and is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including qualifications, professional experience, competencies, and responsibilities associated with the role. The definition and application of these criteria are carried out in accordance with the company’s internal remuneration policies and are subject to review and validation by the competent HR function.
