About the Role
Sales Intern – Summer 2026
Location: Mississauga, ON
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Duration: May–August 2026
Compensation: $30/hr | 37.5 hrs/week

Our Sales teams help deliver Reckitt’s purpose by building shared success with our customers—making access to high-quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in stores and online. With around 10,000 sales professionals globally, our teams operate across Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing, and Category Development. We thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment where cross-functional collaboration drives results.
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience across Sales, E-Commerce, and Marketing, giving you exposure to our diverse product portfolio and real-world business challenges. You’ll gain insights into customer engagement, sales strategy, and market analysis while contributing to the success of some of the world’s leading health, hygiene, and nutrition brands.
Internship Projects May Include:
Learning about Reckitt’s brands, customers, and sales techniques
Building and executing sales strategies that resonate with consumers
Collaborating with teams to help reach and surpass sales goals
Turning data into market insights to identify growth opportunities

The Skills for Success
- Bachelor's Degree Complete in 2027 or 2028
- Majoring in Business with a Concentration in Sales, or related field
