About the role

The E2E Planning Team Lead plays a pivotal role in driving planning excellence across Reckitt’s Canadian operations. This role leads integrated planning across demand, supply, and inventory, ensuring alignment between commercial, manufacturing, and logistics teams.

In addition, the role serves as the lead for the designated planning excellence workstream, working closely with the global Centre of Excellence to roll out planning enhancements, maintain a pipeline of business-specific initiatives, and drive automation of planning processes—including ownership of the key IBP forums.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the integrated business planning (IBP) process across the full value chain.
  • Drive forecast accuracy and demand planning improvements in collaboration with commercial teams.
  • Optimize supply planning to ensure product availability while minimizing working capital.
  • Partner with manufacturing and logistics to align capacity, production, and distribution plans.
  • Lead the Planning Excellence workstream for Canada:
    • Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence to implement planning enhancements.
    • Maintain and prioritize a pipeline of business-specific improvement initiatives.
    • Drive automation of demand planning processes.
    • Lead the designated IBP cadence and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

 

The experience we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in FMCG or CPG.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and systems (SAP/APO, Kinaxis, or similar).
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional environments with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with S&OP/IBP processes and supply chain transformation projects.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Passion for driving innovation, automation, and operational excellence.
