Sales Team
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
The Team Leader is responsible for driving Reckitt’s business performance by coaching, guiding and motivating direct and dotted-line reports to achieve team and company goals. Optimizes business performance in order to achieve company goals (including – sales, profit, new item listings, deduction management).
Your responsibilities

- Lead the development and execution of short and long term business strategies.

- Set business objectives and manage resources, budgets, and trade investments to deliver plans.

- Guide customer management and strengthen key business relationships.

- Develop teams’ negotiation and sales analytics capabilities to build win-win partnerships.
- Assess and communicate the financial impact of business decisions.
- Create a high performance environment that balances relationship management with business results.
- Build and leverage cross functional networks to enhance collaboration.
- Continuously improve sales processes and operational effectiveness.
- Use data and insights to shape sales plans and organizational support requirements.
- Promote accountability, performance measurement, and recognition of success.
- Effectively manage direct reports and third parties, including performance and budget oversight.
The experience we're looking for
- Proven leadership experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Commercial roles within FMCG/CPG.
- Strong track record of delivering growth, profitability, and customer business plans.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of retail customers, distribution networks, and category management.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build strong customer relationships.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and motivated by winning.
- Creative mindset with a passion for identifying new business opportunities and solutions.
