About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support a high-priority packaging transition initiative across our portfolio of consumer brands. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this role will be responsible for coordinating artwork updates from initiation through final production approval, ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, Regulatory, Packaging Development, Supply Chain, external agencies, and packaging suppliers. Acting as a key user of BrandWorks, this individual will manage artwork workflows, approvals, documentation, and project tracking while helping ensure a seamless transition across multiple product lines and packaging formats.

Your responsibilities

  • Primary lead for product launches across a portfolio of winning brands, ensuring all packaging changes are executed in a timely manner
  • Manage artwork projects from brief creation to final production release
  • Coordinate artwork reviews with cross-functional stakeholders and external agency partners, ensuring feedback is consolidated and accurately incorporated
  • Lead as a key user of Brandworks, managing artwork workflows, approvals, and documentation throughout the artwork lifecycle
  • Maintain artwork management systems and project tracking tools, ensuring milestones and approvals are accurately documented
  • Generate project status reporting and provide regular updates on artwork progress, risks, and outstanding actions

The experience we're looking for

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or project coordination, or related function
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

The skills for success

  • Experience working in a CPG/FMCG environments is a plus
  • Experience coordinating packaging artwork, packaging changes, or commercialization projects
  • Experience working with artwork workflow or product management systems (i.e. Brandworks)
  • Experience working with external agencies, suppliers or print vendors
  • Knowledge of retail dynamics and consumer behavior in the CPG industry is a plus
