Sales Team
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities
- Revenue & Strategy: Own e-commerce P&L, forecasting, and growth plans aligned to revenue targets. Deliver performance insights to leadership.
- Performance Marketing: Partner with Media, Brand, and CX teams to optimize channel mix, campaigns, and ROI.
- E-Commerce Optimization: Lead marketplace operations (Amazon 1P/3P), promotions, and conversion optimization initiatives.
- Lifecycle & Retention: Drive repeat purchase and customer lifetime value through pricing, promotions, and performance tracking.
- Retail & Digital Growth: Collaborate with retail partners to enhance digital shelf performance and support joint initiatives.
- Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, managing agencies and ensuring strong execution.
The experience we're looking for
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Professional Experience: 5–10+ years in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or online sales, preferably within FMCG or consumer-focused industries. Prior experience managing Amazon is highly desirable.
- Business Skills: Strategic and innovative thinking, commercial acumen, data analysis, project management, leadership, persuasive selling, proficiency with digital marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, and analytics.
- Interpersonal Abilities: Leadership, objection handling and negotiation, influencing, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to coach and lead a team to deliver growth.
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft office, data transfer and data base)

Salary ranges
CAD $116,000.00 - $174,000.00
