About the role

Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned supply projects. Responsible for project delivery from initiation phase till full project implementation as per relevant SOPs, CPS and financials. Managing the technical disciplines needed to complete a project by involving relevant technical subject matter expert/function.  Works to plan projects, establish project criteria, coordinate project reviews, and ensure the proper implementation of project elements.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead IDB and MB completion at initiation phase of the project
  • Complete analysis and documentation of the feasibility phase of a project
  • Establish detailed project plans (CPS) defining milestones and timescales and resource requirements for successful execution of a  project.
  • Lead a project team in the capability and implementation phases of a project, assigning tasks within the team, monitoring progress and performance and reacting to issues arising so as to deliver to the plan.
  • Working closely with local supply to make sure project implementation is handed over and provide smooth start up. Working with team members, recommending training/personal development actions as appropriate to ensure personal deliver and development.
  • Escalating if any potential risks to budget or timing, providing quality of solution and timescales for delivery and propose solutions.
  • To fulfil the role of 'business partner' delivering business analysis and advice within a discrete area of Supply Chain, providing portfolio management.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to forge strong relationships and achieve collaborative success.
    Utilise advanced analytics to optimise supply chain processes, ensuring effective planning and logistics management.

  • Strong communication skills, ready to manage challenges and navigate complexities with clarity.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, underpinned by keen business acumen and relationship management.
  • A knack for improving business processes and driving productivity.
  • Advanced understanding of data analytics to support decision-making within supply chain planning and logistics.
  • 3+ years' experience in Technical/Engineering Project management
  • Design skills & Project Management.
  • Manufacturing methods & procedures.
  • Safety, Quality Management.
