About the role
As an Area Team Leader, you will lead a team of 15–25 employees to achieve quality, cost, and service objectives. The role focuses on driving operational excellence through strong leadership, training, and coaching. Key responsibilities include reviewing OEE results, developing KPI-driven improvement plans, maintaining GMP, 5S, and SOP compliance, implementing process enhancements, and addressing training needs to ensure flexibility across teams.

Your responsibilities
- Lead a team of 15–25 to achieve quality, cost, and service targets.
- Review weekly OEE results and agree on improvement plans with teams.
- Develop and implement area improvement plans based on KPI performance.
- Maintain compliance with GMP, 5S, SOCO standards, and all SOPs.
- Identify and deliver process improvements across defined areas.
- Address training needs to ensure flexibility and capability within teams.
- Oversee KPI delivery and ensure scorecards are updated and reviewed regularly.
The experience we're looking for
- Proven experience in leading teams within a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Strong understanding of OEE, KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of GMP, 5S, SOCO standards, and SOP compliance.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements effectively.
- Skilled in coaching, training, and developing team members to drive performance.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on operational excellence.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities across multiple teams.
