About the role
Your responsibilities
- Delivery of Europe EMO qualification programme including audit and desk top assessment as required
- Supporting with Reckitt factory supplier audits as required
- Escalation of issues identified during audit or qualification activities
- Working closely with the EMOs and cross-functional Reckitt teams to provide support when significant quality issues are identified, by supporting the investigation and performing for-cause audits
- Supports Quality manager in critical event investigations
- Support delivery of team KPIs
- Support in the training of other team members where required and appropriate
- Support and participate (as required) in inspections by external regulatory authorities
- Propose quality improvements to suppliers and monitor implementation
- Maintaining auditor qualification and competency to the required levels
The experience we're looking for
- Trained and experienced lead auditor
- Experience and understanding of quality and regulatory requirements such as EU GMP, ISO13485, ISO22716 and ISO9001
- Experience of manufacturing operations across a broad range of therapeutic areas and product classifications
- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes
- Ability to critically evaluate how regulatory guidance and legislation is applied
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work cross functionally
- Experienced in risk assessment
