About the role

As a Portfolio Systems and Data Manager at our Nottingham site, your role will involve maintaining the systems and data processes used in Supply Technical to ensure seamless portfolio and project management. Furthermore, you will support the Technical Governance Forums through collaboration and organisation.

Application End Date: Monday 28th April 2025

Location: This role can be based across any of our UK Reckitt sites, there will be expectations to travel to the Nottingham site once per month.

Your responsibilities

• Support global sites in data and project management
• Managing multiple IT systems and data collection processes to ensure seamless execution of portfolio and project management
• Lead training sessions and manage system access for users
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve data and system faults
• Ensure systems are robust and future proof whilst allowing the systems to evolve to meet the changing demands of the organisation
• Support the governance forums through collaboration and organisation
