About the role
The Corporate Security Manager, NDM Plant in Poland is primarily responsible for implementing and maintaining Corporate Security strategies and programs at the plant level, with secondary accountability for other Reckitt facilities located in Eastern Europe. This role ensures the protection of employees, visitors, and company assets by managing physical security systems, access control, and compliance with global standards. The position reports to the Regional Head of Security, Europe and acts as the primary security leader for the plant with a dotted line to the NDM Site Director.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute security strategies to mitigate risks, manage crises, and maintain business continuity at the NDM Plant and other Reckitt locations in Poland.
- Works closely with NDM Site Leadership and Regional Head of Security, Europe to define security systems and process requirements; researches and evaluates support people and products that best support the operational needs of the business (e.g. guard force, access control, CCTV, alarm systems, etc.).
- The role will be primarily based at the NDM plant, however travel to other Polish and Eastern European facilities will be required.
- Manage visitor and contractor access processes, including ID verification, badge issuance, and escort protocols.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practice, for access control and CCTV systems.
- Supervise contracted guard force operations and manage security service providers at the plant.
- Conduct security assessments for the plant and third-party partners.
- Develop and implement security awareness programs, SOPs, and best practices.
- Monitor compliance with Reckitt’s Standards of Business Controls and Ethics.
- Support investigations and partner with internal stakeholders on compliance inquiries. Maintain relationships with local law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
- Act as a key member of the Plant Crisis Response Team.
- Provide professional security advice and coordination with all other business areas to develop preventative measures.
- Assist in budget management and cost control for securiy operations.
The experience we're looking for
- Appropriate security related qualifications eg Degree, CPP, PSP or strong demonstrated equivalent experience is desired.
- Significant corporate security experience in a multinational manufacturing organisation is desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills: Strong ability to communicate and engage business leaders and operational teams.
- Security risk management/ threat analysis skills and demonstrated skill in writing/implementing security procedures and plans.
- Strong understanding of business risk analysis and prioritizing those according to business needs.

- Deep Knowledge of Polish and European security standards, regulations and governance frameworks.
- Experience managing guard force contracts and operations.
- Proven investigative skills for internal and compliance investigations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and security technologies.
- Thorough knowledge of Supply Chain Security, Physical Security and Personnel Security Best Practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel as required.
