EMO Quality Coordinator

Your responsibilities

 

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
  • Support the development and maintenance of quality systems to ensure consistent product standards.
  • Monitor and report on Quality KPIs, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Planning, R&D, Packaging) on regional projects and process optimization.
  • Review and approve Certificates of Analysis for finished goods and quarantined products.
  • Oversee product quality from third-party and intercompany manufacturing sites.
  • Manage quality incidents at subcontractors and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participate in new product implementation, including risk assessments and validation planning.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving the documentation management system.
  • Support audit planning and execution, including risk-based scheduling.
  • Conduct internal and external audits, store checks, and product inspections.
  • Manage supplier compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive quality improvements at subcontractors through audits and corrective actions.
  • Maintain quality agreements and oversee change control and documentation processes at external sites.

The experience we're looking for

•    Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•    Experience in Quality Assurance, ideally in FMCG industry. Background in R&D, Regulatory Affairs, or Quality Control is also welcome.
•    At least 1–2 years of experience working in the region, with good knowledge of local regulations.
•    Hands-on experience in conducting internal and/or external audits.
