Join Reckitt’s Global Engineering team and take ownership of developing and deploying global standards for tertiary packaging equipment such as tray packers, casepackers, and palletizers. This role is key in driving efficiency, standardisation, and performance across all manufacturing sites worldwide.
About the role
You will act as a global technical expert (SME), responsible for defining equipment standards, supporting CAPEX projects, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. The role requires strong collaboration across multiple functions and regions.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and deploy global standards for tertiary packaging equipment.
- Drive standardisation of equipment and vendor base to improve efficiency, cost and lead time.
- Define technical specifications (URS) and collaborate closely with OEMs.
- Support CAPEX projects (~50% of time), including vendor selection, FAT/SAT and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory and internal standards. Monitor performance and reliability of equipment and drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with Procurement to develop and manage supplier base.
- Act as a “go-to” technical expert for factories globally.
- Work closely with global and local teams to implement innovative solutions.
The experience we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or similar) or equivalent Technical experience and knowledge.
- Minimum 7 years of engineering experience, including CAPEX project involvement.

Experience in global or matrix organisations.

Strong expertise in tertiary packaging technologies.

Fluent English (written and spoken).

Knowledge of engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD).

Project management and vendor management skills.

Knowledge of GMP and regulatory standards.
