About the role

We’re looking for a motivated Junior HR & Recruitment Specialist to support daily HR operations and recruitment activities, including onboarding and project-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Support recruitment (scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting hiring managers) and onboarding processes
Prepare contracts and offer letters
Assist production employees with submitting tickets, accessing benefits, and navigating the MyRB system
Maintain documentation and update HR systems
Assist with HR tasks for the ongoing projects

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field (or currently studying)
Previous experience or internship in HR or recruitment is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good command of English (spoken and written)
