About the role

Join Our Team and start looking after Dettol products whose history dates to 1933 when it was first used to help doctors protect the lives of mothers and babies from infection. Deep dive into fabulous portfolios of wipes and trigger sprays which are specially formulated to clean and disinfect! If you are looking for a place where you can develop your skills and knowledge you are more than welcome! As an Assistant / Technician for Maintenance & Expansion at Reckitt, you are on the frontline of transforming ideas into reality. Your scientific talent will be crucial in driving our operations across various pillars, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed our rigorous standards. Your work will contribute to the resilience and advancement of our ambitious portfolio, within an environment that values growth and learning.

Your responsibilities

•    Participation in various research projects aimed at protection, optimalization and development of the portfolio,  
•    Conducting countless laboratory testing of household chemical products and raw materials, in a regulated environment where GMP/GLP standards apply.
•    Collaborating with various world-wide located teams, where you can improve your language skills and broaden your perspective
•    Formulation of laboratory prototypes for stability, cleaning performance and consumer testing. 
•    Attending and supervising industrial trials in manufacturing sites in domestic and foreign locations 
•    Creation of technical documentation and project deliverables according to applicable quality standards and Operating Model
•    Execution of routine tasks resulting from laboratory work within a specified scope of responsibility (e.g., calibration of selected control and measurement devices).

 

The experience we're looking for

•    Master’s degree, final year or graduate (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology or similar),
•    Nice to have experience in laboratory work, ideally with GMP / GLP standards
•    Good command of English (potential to work / travel abroad),
•    Ability to deal with issues and solve them, having a pragmatic approach,
