About the role

The Associate Performance Manager will be embedded within a cross functional team of brand and media, eComm and Shopper stakeholders to deliver agility to our digital operations, specifically as it relates to digital performance as an enabler of Household Penetration and business outperformance. This is a newly formed role that will hold responsibility for establishing foundations for ‘always on’ digital campaign reporting, analysis, and optimization recommendations, along with input into campaign design and measurement frameworks like MMX and MTA. Finally, this role will act as a key conduit to our media agency partners and steer external stakeholders that are trading in the digital marketplace on behalf of RB Hygiene. The ideal candidate will have a passion for analysis & story telling through the use of data. Experience in the Digital Media Marketplace in digital activation or analytics required. 

In this role, you will be an active member of the commercial organization, delivering performance outcomes impacting marketing, trade & sales teams. This team member will also hold strong partnership with our MX & eRB centers of excellence. As a member of a cross function team, professional agility and a highly collaborative style will be of paramount importance. 

Your responsibilities

  • Contributor to campaign design in the digital marketplace inclusive of trafficking, audience implementation, and measurement
  • Ability to ladder performance metrics up to identify performance against campaign & communication objectives across our offline & online business objectives and within the vectors of audience, platform and creative performance.
  • Owner of in-campaign performance recommendations and key contributor to post campaign insights and actions
  • Creation and distribution of post-campaign analysis and outlook on performance against established KPIs and business objectives across the organization
  • Contributor to Measurement frameworks in to determine mid-term business effectiveness through MMX and MTA methodologies
  • Ongoing competitive analysis inclusive of regular dashboard development and adhoc deep dives
  • Opportunity to drive new data & measurement technologies, digital partners and trends
  • Active participant in creating and cultivating a data driven marketing organization

The experience we're looking for

  • Highly systems oriented with ability to toggle across data sets to define performance opportunities 
  • Analytical with ability to define performance across unique media KPIs
  • Highly proficient in excel with advanced knowledge of tool’s statistical analysis capabilities
  • Comfortable working with large sets of data
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communications and presentation skills
  •  Results oriented with the ability to leverage tangible evidence to define success
  • Self-motivated, highly flexible and takes the initiative to do what’s needed
  • A commitment to excellence with a positive and resilient attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Professional media experience required (media agency or vendor)
  • Minimum 1+  years’ experience preferred

US salary ranges

USD $113,000.00 -  $169,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
