The Connected Planner plays a critical role in ensuring visibility, supporting service protection, and enabling effective communication across markets and factories. Strong collaboration and communication skills are key, as the role requires regular interaction with markets, factories, co-packers, and regional teams to support planning activities and deliver results.

Your responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of supply plans for assigned categories, ensuring alignment with service and inventory targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Site Planning, Manufacturing, CMOs, and Demand Planning teams to ensure continuity of supply and drive service, cost, and efficiency improvements.
  • Contribute to the IBP cycle (including Supply Reviews) by ensuring accurate data inputs, supporting demand-supply balancing, and providing insights on risks and opportunities.
  • Monitor service performance, KPIs, and inventory targets, highlighting risks (e.g., distressed SKUs) and supporting mitigation and performance improvement actions.
  • Maintain reporting tools and support scenario planning, cost-benefit analysis, and inventory management activities, including obsolete and excess stock tracking.

The experience we're looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in demand and/or supply planning, with exposure to end-to-end planning processes (Demand, Supply, IBP/S&OP).
  • Experience working with supply planning systems and ERP platforms, such as SAP/JDE and Kinaxis (preferred).
  • Foundational understanding of forecasting, planning processes, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to:
    • Interpret datasets
    • Identify trends and variances
    • Support data-driven recommendations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
