About the role

The HR Manager partners closely with Global Functions teams to deliver high-quality people support across both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations. This role is critical in enabling business performance, strengthening talent pipelines, and ensuring a consistent, high-impact employee experience across multiple functions. Working in close partnership with the Senior HRBP, Global Functions, and the broader global HR team, the HR Manager serves as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and execution lead for key people priorities. 

 

Your responsibilities

  • Support organizational design, capability building, and workforce planning to ensure teams are structured for future growth.
  • Use data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and inform decision making.
  • Support with the execution of the annual talent cycle (performance, succession, development planning) for enabling functions.
  • Facilitate talent reviews and ensure follow through on development actions.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring timely and effective resolution of people matters.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen engagement, inclusion, and team culture.
  • Manage core HR processes including employee relations, policy guidance, and HR systems updates.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment legislation, and internal governance.
  • Partner with COEs (Talent Acquisition, Reward, L&D, HR Operations) to deliver seamless HR services.
  • Support compensation processes, including reviewing data accuracy linked to annual salary reviews and bonus cycles.
  • Advise global partners on NA best practices and laws 

 

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; HR certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a matrixed, fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience supporting global functions strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, employment law, and people processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

US salary ranges

USD $106,000.00 -  $158,000.00
