We are seeking a strategic IT&D manager to spearhead Operational & Value Excellence across North America for Corporate Functions. This role is pivotal in maximizing value realization, driving cost optimization, and ensuring operational excellence across IT&D initiatives. Acting as the right hand to the Area Head, the incumbent will lead cross-functional collaboration, challenge the status quo, and embed value- and cost-driven decision-making into the DNA of the organization.
This is a high-impact role that requires someone capable of influencing senior stakeholders, managing change, and shaping the future of IT&D in a dynamic consumer goods environment.

Your responsibilities
1. Lead IT&D FHL (Finance, HR & Legal) function
- Experience in handling IT solutions in functional domain
- Vendor & Demand Management
- Parter with Global team to drive deployment, adoption and value generation of implemented tools
- Own, support and sustain the local applications
- Develop process and business knowledge of the FHL functions
2. Value Excellence
- Drive adoption of value-driven decision-making across all levels using a crawl-walk-run approach.
- Manage and Implement value-monitoring tools to track product performance across markets and report to IT&D leadership – NA.
- Embed value criteria into strategic product planning, deployment, and portfolio decisions.
- Align decisions with strategic IT&D objectives using value measurement frameworks.
- Optimize ROI by exposing product value and associated costs.
- Accelerate transition from legacy systems (250+ solutions) by identifying value optimization opportunities.
3. Cost Management
- Establish robust cost discipline across North America
- Lead austerity planning to meet cost targets and deliver significant savings by 2027.
- Govern IT&D funding with clear principles, criteria, and frameworks.
- Use financial intelligence to remove barriers and enable strategic execution.
- Oversee YTD spend and lead annual planning cycles.
- Harmonize financial operations.
5. Strategic Enablement
- Define and collate strategy maps across functions and regions.
- Track value realization and adoption metrics.
- Identify vulnerabilities and lead risk mitigation efforts.
- Liaise with Srategy and Operations teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Conduct service management reviews and challenge leadership team members constructively
The experience we're looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in product/portfolio management or related roles, preferably in consumer goods or consulting with financial background.
- Bachelor´s degree in any related field.
- Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding in cost management, budgeting, and financial governance.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to define and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Change Management: Skilled in managing transformation initiatives and managing organizational change.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support data-driven decisions.
- Innovation & Agility: Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at driving innovation and continuous improvement.

The salary range for this role is $143,000.00 - $215,000.00 USD.
The final salary offered will be determined using objective, gender-neutral and role-related criteria, including relevant skills, experience and qualifications, role scope and responsibilities, market benchmarks, and consistency with the Company's reward framework.
This role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to the applicable plan rules and Company, business, and individual performance. The role may also be eligible for additional benefits in accordance with Company policy and applicable local legislation.
