About the role

Your responsibilities
- Legal Technology & Process Optimization: Lead the implementation and enhancement of legal technology solutions, including contract management, automation, AI, and workflow improvements to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee contract administration processes, including intake, tracking key dates, signature management, and document retention.
- E-Discovery & Legal Operations: Manage e-discovery processes, legal holds, data governance initiatives, documentation standards, and collaboration with internal stakeholders, IT, and outside counsel.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Oversee relationships with legal service providers and e-discovery vendors, including pricing negotiations and budget monitoring.
- Training & Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a legal technology resource for the legal team, providing training, guidance, and best practices.
- Legal Support: Support attorneys with contract review, litigation, investigations, and other legal matters requiring independent judgment and operational expertise.
A tech-savvy legal operations professional with experience in contract management, e-discovery, process improvement, and legal technology. Strong project management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, with the ability to implement efficient solutions, support litigation and commercial legal processes, and drive operational excellence across the legal function.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate or the equivalent required.
- 5+ years of experience with e-discovery and legal technology in a professional setting. Corporate legal department experience preferred; law firm or e-discovery company experience will be considered with significant relevant experience.
- Proficiency with legal tech, litigation hold procedures, e-discovery platforms and understanding of EDRM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, matter management systems, and contract management systems.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work from the Reckitt US headquarters in Nutley, NJ a minimum of 3 days per week.

US salary ranges
USD $118,000.00 - $176,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
