Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
Locations: Nutley, NJ or Bentonville, AR
The Omni Customer Activation Director leads strategic omnichannel and in store shopper marketing initiatives across the US for Core Reckitt brands. This role shapes our end to end activation strategy with key retailers, driving growth, conversion, and profitability. You will set the strategic direction, manage full activation budgets, and develop a high performing team while serving as a senior point of contact for major customers and cross functional partners.
Your responsibilities
Shopper Marketing & Omnichannel Activation
• Lead omnichannel and shopper marketing programs from planning to execution and post campaign analysis.
• Develop and execute major retail events (online and in store) to drive traffic and conversion.
• Apply deep understanding of retailer specific shopper journeys and conversion levers.
Translate Brand Priorities into Retailer Strategies
• Convert brand and omni briefs into retailer specific activation strategies.
• Ensure messaging and visuals are consistent across all touchpoints and aligned to brand guardrails.
• Serve as the connector across Brand, CAP, Sales, and customer teams.
Commercial Leadership & Cross Functional Influence
• Own end to end activation budgets by customer and brand; ensure ROI focused decisions.
• Act as a senior customer facing leader on omnichannel activation.
• Influence across CE, Sales, Trade, RGM, CAP, and Finance to drive aligned outcomes.
Operational Excellence & Execution
• Define team priorities aligned to business growth objectives.
• Lead development and flawless execution of omnichannel activation plans, retail events, and promotional moments.
• Drive a culture of pace, accountability, and high quality delivery.
Team Leadership & Transformation
• Build, lead, and develop a high performing omnichannel activation team.
• Drive clarity, performance management, and capability development.
• Lead teams through evolving operating models and digital transformation.
Digital Shelf Excellence & Omni Growth
• Own digital shelf performance across priority retailers: assortment, availability, content, PDPs, requirements.
• Partner with CAP and customers to influence innovation and online first pack development.
• Drive incremental online growth through test and learn, new tech adoption, and continuous optimization.

The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- 10–12+ years in Shopper Marketing & Omnichannel, with strong US eCommerce experience (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart, DoorDash, etc.).
- Strong CPG and leadership background with full P&L oversight.
- Expertise in digital shelf management, retail media, content optimization, price pack architecture, and eCommerce technologies.
- Data driven decision maker with strong commercial judgment and investment prioritization skills.
- Senior customer facing experience and strong negotiation capability.
- High curiosity, energy, and passion for elevating eCommerce and omnichannel performance.
- Strong project management skills and experience managing agencies/third party partners.
- Bias for action with a test and learn mindset; comfortable with A/B testing, analytics, and performance storytelling.
- Ability to collaborate with external partners and stay sharp on emerging trends and best practices.
- Ability to travel up to 30% within the US.

US salary ranges
USD $188,000.00
- $282,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
