Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
Locations: Nutley, NJ or Bentonville, AR
The Omni Customer Activation Director owns Reckitt’s omnichannel customer activation agenda across key US retailers, driving revenue growth through best-in-class digital shelf execution, retail media investment, shopper activation, and commercial partnerships with Sales and customer teams.
This role sits at the center of Reckitt’s commercial growth strategy, translating brand priorities into customer-led activation plans that accelerate traffic, conversion, and share across both eCommerce and physical retail environments.
Working closely with Sales leadership, Revenue Growth Management, and customer teams, this leader ensures Reckitt wins across the modern retail landscape through best-in-class digital shelf performance, retail media investment, pricing and promotion strategies, and omnichannel activation.
The role leads a high-performing team and plays a critical part in strengthening Reckitt’s customer partnerships and omnichannel growth capabilities across the US market.
Your responsibilities
Commercial Growth & Customer Activation
• Lead Reckitt’s omnichannel activation strategy across priority retailers, driving revenue growth, conversion, and market share.
• Translate brand priorities into customer-specific commercial activation plans that support joint business growth.
• Partner closely with Sales teams to unlock incremental growth opportunities across digital shelf, retail media, pricing, promotion, and assortment.
Digital Shelf Leadership
• Own Reckitt’s digital shelf performance across priority retailers, including search visibility, content excellence, assortment strategy, availability, and conversion.
• Partner with CAP and customer teams to continuously improve product page performance and online merchandising.
• Drive adoption of new eCommerce capabilities, analytics tools, and digital commerce technologies.
Omnichannel Activation & Shopper Programs
• Lead omnichannel activation programs across digital and physical retail environments.
• Provide strategic oversight of shopper marketing programs, ensuring strong alignment with commercial priorities and measurable sales impact.
• Ensure flawless execution across key retail events, promotional moments, and customer initiatives.
Revenue Growth & Investment Effectiveness
• Manage omnichannel activation investments and ensure strong ROI and commercial impact.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Growth Management, and Finance to optimize pricing, promotion, and price-pack architecture across channels.
• Champion a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve traffic, conversion, and retail media effectiveness.
Leadership & Organizational Impact
• Build and lead a high-performing omnichannel activation team.
• Drive clarity, pace, and accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Strengthen Reckitt’s omnichannel capabilities and customer partnerships across the US market.

The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10–12+ years of experience across Sales, eCommerce, omnichannel commerce, or customer strategy within CPG.
- Direct account management experience with major retailers is required. Candidates must have a proven track record of leading customer relationships and delivering joint business growth.
- Experience with P&L ownership and delivering against revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
- Strong experience working with major digital commerce platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart, DoorDash, and emerging last-mile ecosystems.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital shelf optimization, retail media investment, pricing and promotion strategies, and omnichannel activation.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting joint business planning and customer growth strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Data-driven decision maker with strong analytics and performance management capabilities.
- Ability to travel up to 30% within the US.

US salary ranges
USD $188,000.00
- $282,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
