Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

  

The Sales Operations Project Manager will: 

  • Manage the Special Pack Display and Club Processes from idea, to execution, and through discontinuation in the MPL system, ensuring on-time approvals at DCAM and Decision Meetings to meet customer needs and execute Sales and Trade strategies.  

  • Act as Project Champion for all Trade Marketing Managed Display and Club Projects to ensure projects are delivered on time, in budget, and within scope. 

  • Lead all commercial activities across an assigned pillar, working in close co-ordination with Brand Managers, Trade Marketing Managers, Category Supply Managers, Package Engineers, Master Data, Finance, Custom Manufacturing, Planning, and Suppliers  

Your responsibilities

  • Manage Club and Display portfolio, ensuring items meet business requirements and performance targets.
  • Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, Demand Planning, and Manufacturing to align forecasts, inventory, and execution.
  • Execute item setup and maintain data accuracy across systems.
  • Own display artwork process including supplier rendogram, planogram, headers, high resolution assets, and blueprints.
  • Lead artwork, packaging, and project timelines from development through launch.
  • Ensure all milestones are met on display and club projects and manage the project within the MPL system through completion.
  • Monitor forecasts, special pack orders, and S&OP performance.
  • Drive project analysis, discontinuations, reporting, and administrative support.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferred experience in a similar role with responsibility for forecasting, item setup, cross-functional collaboration, project management, and customer-facing activities.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, or related commercial functions, with a demonstrated track record of leading projects, influencing cross-functional teams and delivering business results.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functionally, working with a variety of personalities for solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, collaborate across teams, manage priorities and leverage tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and business systems to drive impactful results and business growth.
