About the role

Mead Johnson Nutrition (MJN) is Reckitt’s specialized, science-led infant and child nutrition business. With over 100 years of pediatric nutrition expertise, MJN is known for its clinical, science-based approach to innovation and its expanding focus on specialized nutrition. Its market-leading brands, including Enfamil and Nutramigen, support early childhood development and lifelong health. MJN operates in over 50 countries and plays a vital role in delivering high-quality nourishment to families around the world. Enfamil is the leading global infant formula brand, and the most recommended by pediatricians in MJN's core markets.


This role manages all processes related to customer orders including: order receipt and entry, order processing monitoring, shipment delivery, returns, of customer accounts for Reckitt Canada to ensure complete and final fulfillment of product sales and delivery to customers. 

Your responsibilities

Customer Order Management

  • Process all EDI-Manual Retail purchase orders received.  Interface System (EDI) or other means.
  • Review customer allocations and adjust orders as required to ensure accurate inventory distribution, order fulfillment, and alignment with customer commitments
  • Ensure customer PO reflects proper pricing, unit of measure, requested delivery date and bill/ship to address.
  • Identify & resolve data issues in order management
  • Handle customer & sales representatives’ inquiries related to a sales order (i.e. order tracing and inventory status)
  • Manage short supply, ensure short supply inventory is allocated fairly among customers as directed by Sales
  • Initiate, identify Departmental cost saving initiatives
  • Respond to all customer inquiries related to orders, including order status, product availability, order modifications, order cuts, and delivery date concerns, ensuring timely and accurate communication and resolution of issues.

The experience we're looking for

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • 3 years’ experience preferred in front line customer service or related field
  • Understanding of warehousing logistics, inventory relative to order processing, distribution and delivery of orders on time 
  • French speaking is an asset
  • Customer relations/Order to Cash experience
  • Working knowledge of Order to Cash, SAP Experience necessary
  • Professional verbal and written interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to adjust to each customer appropriately
  • Intuitive understanding of customer service dynamics
  • Must demonstrate calmness and patience with a genuine interest in helping customers while representing Reckitt’s best interest

Salary ranges

CAD $60,000-$75,000
