Sobre el rol

Como MSF Coordinator, liderarás la ejecución de la estrategia de visita médica en Panamá, impulsando el desempeño de la fuerza de ventas médica y fortaleciendo el relacionamiento con profesionales de la salud (HCPs). Serás un actor clave para mejorar la cobertura, ejecución en campo y crecimiento del negocio, trabajando de cerca con un equipo experimentado y contribuyendo a la transformación de la forma de trabajo en el mercado.

Ubicación del rol: Ciudad Panamá, Panamá.

Tus responsabilidades

• Coordinar y desarrollar las actividades de campo de la fuerza de ventas médica.
• Traducir la estrategia corporativa en planes de acción que impulsen una ejecución efectiva en el mercado.
• Acompañar y desarrollar al equipo mediante coaching en campo para fortalecer su impacto y desempeño.
• Incrementar la cobertura y el relacionamiento con profesionales de la salud, identificando nuevas oportunidades y cuentas clave.
• Analizar indicadores de desempeño y generar acciones para mejorar la productividad y los resultados comerciales.
• Liderar iniciativas de cambio y mejora continua para fortalecer los estándares de ejecución del equipo.

La experiencia que estamos buscando

• Profesional de la salud con idoneidad para realizar visita médica en Panamá.
• Años de experiencia en la industria farmacéutica o nutricional, idealmente en fórmulas infantiles.
• Experiencia liderando equipos comerciales o de visita médica.
• Conocimiento de análisis de desempeño comercial y herramientas de seguimiento de campo.
• Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de Panamá y realizar trabajo frecuente en campo.
• Manejo de Microsoft Office; experiencia con herramientas como Closeup, ATV o DDD será un plus.
