This role may be based in either the Parsippany, NJ or Evansville, IN office.

About the role

As Associate Manager, App & Rewards on Enfamil at Reckitt you will be responsible for providing helpful insights, knowledge, and value for expecting/new parents via our app and rewards program. You will be responsible for enhancing the app experience, driving increased engagement, brand affinity, and product sales. You will also be responsible for the ongoing ops and continued enhancement of the Enfamil Rewards program, a key engagement driver for the brand.

As part of the Site & App Team you will be core to connecting and providing value to our mothers with educational content, values & rewards, and helpful utilities. Your work will be directly attributed to the overall growth of the business, and you will be highly visible to business leadership. You will be responsible for partnering with the Product Manager, Web to develop product roadmap, assess performance opportunities, own implementation plans and governance to lead successful launches that drive improvements in the KPIs. You are passionate about contributing to the creation of great consumer-centric digital products, and this shows in your past work. You are a strategic and analytical thinker, you work well with others, and you always put the consumer’s needs ahead of all else.  You’re both a thinker and a doer – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. Your work will support our mission to nourish the world’s children for the best start in life by keeping our mobile app and rewards program fresh, up-to-date, and contextually relevant for moms and expecting moms.

Your responsibilities

Vision & Strategy Support:

  • Partner with Product leaders to shape and execute the product roadmap for the mobile app and rewards program.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by surfacing insights from user behavior, performance data and competitive trends.

App Experience & Feature Enhancements:

  • Support the development and deployment of new app features and utilities.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with design and development teams, ensuring it includes maintenance tasks, bug fixes, and feature enhancements.
  • Write clear business requirements, user flow diagrams, and functional specs as needed.

Performance Analytics & Optimization:

  • Own reporting and analysis for app and rewards KPIs, including downloads, MAU/WAU, and engagement metrics.
  • Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and the rewards platform’s native reporting tools to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Consumer Insights and Data Science teams to analyze custom KPIs and uncover deeper behavioral insights.
  • Build and execute A/B testing plans in partnership with UX and analytics teams.

Push Notifications & Campaign Execution:

  • Manage ongoing Push Notification stream including regularly scheduled and ad hoc messages.
  • Collaborate with CRM and 1:1 teams to ensure messaging is timely, relevant and personalized.

Rewards Program Operations:

  • Configure and maintain the Enfamil Rewards program using the rewards management portal.
  • Maintain the prize catalog and coordinate with third-party vendors to procure prizes.
  • Support program budget management and ensure alignment with campaign goals and operational needs.
  • Lead campaign planning, redemption logic and user experience enhancements.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field of study.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role with an emphasis on mobile app and/or loyalty program management.
  • Strong knowledge of web and app development, capabilities & processes, technologies, tech vendors, and third party offerings.
  • Experience working in loyalty marketing or customer rewards programs, particularly in digital or e-commerce environments.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and customer analytics software.
  • Experience maintaining a prioritized backlog and participating in sprint/release planning activities managed in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to think quickly and creatively about problems and develop efficient solutions with an understanding of technical feasibility.
  • Experience leveraging analytics to drive insight and action.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple rapidly-moving projects

Platforms and technical skills:

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Firebase, Google Looker Studio
  • Familiarity with Flutter, ContentStack, Shopify, HTML, Javascript and CSS basics.

US salary ranges

USD $110,000.00 -  $164,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
