About the role

As Associate Product Manager, App & Rewards on Enfamil at Reckitt, you will be responsible for providing helpful insights, knowledge, and value for expecting and new parents via our mobile app and rewards program. You will enhance the app experience, drive increased engagement, brand affinity, and product sales. You will also own the ongoing operations and continued enhancement of the Enfamil Rewards program, a key engagement driver for the brand. 

As part of the Site & App Team, you will be core to connecting with and providing value to parents, caregivers, and moms, delivering educational content, rewards, and helpful utilities. Your work will be directly attributed to the overall growth of the business and will be highly visible to business leadership. You will report to the Team Lead, Web/App/Rewards, sitting within the broader Digital Marketing and Consumer Engagement team. 

You will partner with the Product Manager, Web to develop the product roadmap, assess performance opportunities, own implementation plans, and lead successful launches that drive KPI improvements. You are passionate about contributing to great consumer-centric digital products, and this shows in your past work. You are a strategic and analytical thinker with a genuine curiosity for AI-driven personalization. You work well with others, and you always put the consumer’s needs first. You’re both a thinker and a doer. Your work will support our mission to nourish the world’s children for the best start in life by keeping our mobile app and rewards program fresh, up-to-date, and contextually relevant for the moms and caregivers who depend on it. 

Your focus & time should be split: 

60% — Creating, deploying, and running campaign and feature enhancement projects/initiatives 

20% — Engaging with cross-functional partners on Operations & Administration 

20% — Data Reporting, Analysis, and AI-driven Optimization 

You must bring an entrepreneurial can-do spirit, a data-driven and AI-curious mindset, and the discipline to deliver enhancements on time and on target. 

Your responsibilities

Vision & Strategy Support 

  • Partner with Product leaders to shape and execute the product roadmap for the mobile app and rewards program. 
  • Contribute to strategic planning by surfacing insights from user behavior, performance data, competitive trends, and AI-driven signals. 

App Experience & Feature Enhancements 

  • Support the development and deployment of new app features and utilities. 
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with design and development teams, ensuring it includes maintenance tasks, bug fixes, and feature enhancements. 
  • Write clear business requirements, user flow diagrams, and functional specs as needed. 

Performance Analytics, AI & Optimization 

  • Own reporting and analysis for app and rewards KPIs, including downloads, MAU/WAU, engagement metrics, and rewards redemption rates. 
  • Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Firebase, and Snipp’s native reporting tools to monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities. 
  • Partner with Consumer Insights and Data Science teams to analyze custom KPIs and uncover deeper behavioral insights. 
  • Build and execute A/B testing plans in partnership with UX and analytics teams. 
  • Leverage data for audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies that drive engagement and conversion. 

Push Notifications & Campaign Execution 

  • Manage the ongoing push notification stream, including regularly scheduled and ad hoc messages, with hands-on configuration in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). 
  • Collaborate with CRM and 1:1 teams to ensure messaging is timely, relevant, personalized, and aligned with broader campaign goals. 

Rewards Program Operations 

  • Configure and maintain the Enfamil Rewards program using the Snipp rewards management platform. 
  • Maintain the prize catalog and coordinate with third-party vendors to procure prizes. 
  • Support program budget management and ensure alignment with campaign goals and operational needs. 
  • Lead campaign planning, redemption logic, and user experience enhancements. 
  • Ensure rewards data flows accurately into the CDP for use in audience targeting and personalization. 

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field of study. 
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in mobile app product management and/or loyalty/rewards program management. 
  • Strong knowledge of web and app development capabilities, processes, technologies, tech vendors, and third-party offerings. 
  • Experience working in loyalty marketing or customer rewards programs, particularly in digital or e-commerce environments. 
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools — Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) strongly preferred. 
  • Familiarity with CDPs and how customer data is leveraged for segmentation, targeting, and personalization. 
  • Experience maintaining a prioritized backlog and participating in sprint/release planning in an Agile environment. 
  • A data-driven mindset with genuine curiosity for AI-powered personalization, predictive analytics, and emerging martech. 
  • Ability to think quickly and creatively about problems and develop efficient solutions with an understanding of technical feasibility. 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple rapidly-moving projects.

US salary ranges

USD $113,000.00 -  $169,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
