About the role

As an Associate Performance Marketing Manager at Reckitt, you will have the freedom to develop the media strategy for our market-leading brands within the US & Canadian markets. With so much of our success depending on our online effectiveness, yours will be a vital role allowing to Immerse yourself in our digital marketing and media strategies.

Your responsibilities

  • Drive end to end retail media campaigns as part of our brand and media strategy
  • Develop and implement comprehensive search and display campaigns on the retail media & ecommerce space.
  • Conduct through keyword, insights and audiences research to identify consumer opportunities and optimize ad targeting.
  • Manage our in-house performance marketing activation stakeholders to boost growth
  • Retail media budget owner
  • Creating and leading the testing agenda for retail media connected with our Marketing & Media strategy.
  • Working as part of our Media team and in close collaboration with media & audience managers, brand managers and ecommerce stakeholders.
  • Track business and retail media performance
  • Deep track of our ecommerce formula to unlock business understanding and growth.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Prepare regular performance reports, optimizations and recommendations
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, retail media updates and emerging technologies.

The experience we're looking for

 

  • 3+ years of experience in media strategy, planning and buying.
  • Well-rounded background: general understanding of a marketing plan, media landscape, how retail media fits in a total media strategy.
  • Experience with key ecommerce players such as Amazon, Walmart, Target and/or Instacart.
  • Good to have experience with ecommerce management platforms such as Pacvue
  • Customer centric mentality: understands relationship between suppliers and costumer, helps navigate complexity
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital, retail media and/or marketing activations
  • Experience building and scaling acquisition channels, managing technical tools and implementing testing programs.
  • Deep understanding of relevant performance KPI’s
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator. Able to manage multiple cross-functional projects and team members at various levels.

US salary ranges

USD $110,000.00 -  $164,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
