Your responsibilities
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, for supply chain activities.
• Monitor and control costs associated with supply chain operations, working to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and improve cost efficiency.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to track supply costs and performance metrics.
• Analyze discrepancies between budgeted and actual costs, providing explanations and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and influence business decisions related to supply chain operations.
• Identify financial risks within the supply chain and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Inventory valuation, monitor turnover rates, and ensure accurate cost allocation for goods in transit and in stock.
• Ensure all financial activities within the supply chain comply with company policies, regulations, and accounting standards.
The experience we're looking for
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required.
- 5+ years of finance / accounting experience – including 2-3 years within a supply chain or operations finance role.
- Strong financial analysis demonstrated in previous positions.
- Strong IT skills, covering SAP based accounting systems and Excel
