About the role
We are looking for a Brand Manager Lysol Cleaners to help drive our Lysol portfolio. Lysol is a leading Disinfection and Cleaning brand and one of Reckitt’s Power Brands. The position resides within the US Marketing function and will assume support for the Senior Brand Manager for assigned segments within the Cleaners portfolio. As a Brand Manager on the Lysol Cleaners portfolio, you will play a key role in leading the activation plans, P&L management, Forecasting, Retail Plans, Integrated Marketing Campaigns (IMC), media planning & advertising and content development processes. The Brand Manager will drive growth through their respective segments through the marketing mix and is expected to work in close collaboration with Finance/Trade / Sales/ Shopper/ Medical, Regulatory, Supply and other cross-functional teams. The Brand Manager will play a key role in supporting the development of the overall category strategy, and is expected to drive the growth of his/her assigned brands through excellent marketing execution.
Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
- Build strategies for base business growth driving increased households / increased consumption / premiumization for managed segments across the US market.
- Work with finance to build P&L demonstrating impact of initiatives to the brand.
- Develop market research & shopper insights briefs to deliver on key questions of interest for the brand to inform strategic priorities.
- Partners with media / consumer and market insights to implement media strategy and plans
- Writing relevant and engaging communication briefs for TV, Digital and PR Activations that address key business challenges while also exciting creative partners
- Partnering with advertising, PR and digital agencies to guide and influence creative from briefing to best-in-class in market executions
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing to identify trade needs / opportunities and develop pricing and distribution strategies in line with trade promotions for brands
- Implement portfolio strategy in conjunction with innovation team to support overall business strategy, short / medium term
- Manage two (2) direct reports: mix of Assistant and Associate Brand Managers who provide monthly updates to business review and monitor market performance, responsible for successful implementation of Brand plans as per business review and Business plan
- Accountable for marketing budget on assigned segments
- Implement market copy strategy for brand and ensure adaption possible for category across region
The experience we're looking for
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in brand marketing
• Developed 360 campaigns: including both traditional TV as well digital such as programmatic, social, OLV, etc.
• Experience developing communication and brand strategy
• Proven leadership skills and experience
• Excellent analytical skills
• Very strong verbal/written communication skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing agency relationships
• Strong commercial awareness, entrepreneurial, ability to influence, creativity
• Strong sense of resilience and achievement and able to delivery in fast-paced environment
• Strong skills in analyzing data to draw conclusions, should be comfortable with Nielsen and Numerator
• Solid experience in development of strategy for Brand and Brand planning
• Bachelor's degree, an MBA a plus but not required.

US salary ranges
USD $136,000.00
- $204,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
