About the role

This role provides operational and administrative support to the Senior Vice President, North America Nutrition (SVP NA) and External Relations Director with a focus on helping the business operate efficiently and consistently. The Commercial Coordinator assists with commercial operations, planning activities, reporting, and process support to enable stronger execution across teams.

 

The role works closely with the North America leadership team and leaders from cross-functional partners supporting established processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives as directed by leadership.

Your responsibilities

•    Assist in tracking timelines, deliverables, and action items for cross-functional projects.
•    Support the maintenance and updating of business scorecards, dashboards, and KPI trackers.
•    Help document and maintain standard commercial processes and templates.
•    Support preparation of materials, presentations, and reports for leadership meetings and reviews.
•    Compile data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and timely distribution.
•    Assist with month-end and periodic reporting activities, including productivity and performance summaries.
•    Support ad hoc projects and analysis as assigned by leadership.
•    Provide administrative and coordination support for commercial and operational initiatives led by the SVP NA.
•    Manage SVP NA calendar, travel arrangements, expenses, and communications. 
•    Organize Town Halls, offsite meetings, and ad hoc events.
•    Process and manage Purchase Orders and required vendor activities.
•    Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-up notes for key commercial forums.

The experience we're looking for

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
•    2–5 years of experience in administrative, analytical, or business operations roles 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with reporting tools a plus
•    Advanced Excel or data analysis skills
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
•    Strong communication, organizational and administrative skills
•    Comfortable working with data, reports, and PowerPoint presentations; ensuring accuracy, experience preparing executive- level presentations
•    Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and ability to manage multiple priorities
•    Collaborative, dependable, and proactive in supporting team needs
•    Maintains the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity and professional discretion
•    Ability to work occasional extended hours during peak cycles or projects
•    Occasional travel as needed
•    This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time

US salary ranges

USD $81,000.00 -  $121,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
