You’ll put our programmatic plans into action, across multiple platforms. You’ll handle everything from planning and activation to optimisation and reporting . You’ll succeed because…
…you’ve managed programmatic display or video campaigns before. You’ve experience of ad servers like DoubleClick, Sizmek and Adform. You understand DSPs such as MediaMath and DMB. You can work with verification tools including DV, IAS and MOAT. You have outstanding Excel and data interpretation skills. You’re organised and proactive and learn new systems and technologies with ease.

Your responsibilities
- Working closely with the Brand CE Pod to ensure all digital campaign details get actioned in accordance with the campaign briefs
- Co-create digital activation plans in collaboration with audience, performance & content teams to ensure campaigns are set-up for success
- Present key recommendations during full-year brand planning – advising on digital media channels & in-platform tactics that align to the media comms objectives
- Oversee a team of digital traders, providing necessary training & assistance in managing digital campaigns in-platform
- Develop digital channel playbooks – championing in-platform best practices & upskilling the internal trading team on new platform capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute digital test & learns
- Providing monthly media actualizations to Reckitt finance teams
- Ensuring the team shares weekly optimization with the local CE Data Analysts
- Identify new testing opportunities that will help drive our media activations forward, through working with industry partners and internal stakeholders
- Be proactive in sharing good results, case studies to wider teams
The experience we're looking for
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in planning & buying successful programmatic and/or paid social/search campaigns. (Min. 5 years of in-platform experience)
- Demonstrate strong understanding of programmatic DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon, e-retailer DSPs etc). Paid Social (Meta, TikTok etc) and paid search a plus
- Previous exposure to using ad verification & ad server platforms such as the likes of DoubleVerify & Google Campaign Manager
Key Skills:
- Champion being a subject matter expert and upskilling the wider team
- Strong stakeholder management with excellent communication skills
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Good proficiency in using Excel & PowerPoint

US salary ranges
USD $110,000.00
- $164,000.00
