About the role

To help fulfill this purpose, we have a Category Development Organization (CDO), which is responsible for the long-term strategy and innovation pipeline for our brands around the world. A critical part of this organization is the Consumer Insights & Analytics (I&A) team which is responsible for ensuring that the consumer is at the heart of everything we do, and that brand plans are set up for success

Your responsibilities

This role is part of the core brand team, working alongside Marketing, Trade Marketing and R&D. Playing a critical role in this team, you are responsible for helping Reckitt’s Lysol brand to have a fantastic commercial innovation strategy and product pipeline for the next 2-3 years, by:
1.    Unearthing true human insights
2.    Unlocking barriers to growth
3.    Shaping the commercial and product innovation plan to ensure that it is optimized and set up for success
4.    Identifying opportunities for the brand in both existing and new segments and markets
In addition to this, you will play an important role in advancing the consumer insights capabilities within RB.

You will work closely with a multi-functional team, both globally and locally.
You will report into the Global I&A Director for Lysol (based in Schiphol, the Netherlands), we will make sure that you are in contact with a network of locally based colleagues.

 

The experience we're looking for

•    Ideally 5-7 years of experience in consumer & market insights or a related function
•    Experience in a global/regional role at blue-chip CPG companies or at a Brand/Strategy consultancy or top-rated Research agency handling large MNC accounts is highly preferred. 
•    Ability to think outside the box and seek new, efficient and agile ways of creating insights
•    Experience with the innovation development process and design-based approach to product innovation
•    Proven history of qualitative and quantitative market research expertise, including use of self-serve research tools
•    Strong analytical understanding, data interpretation and problem-solving skills
•    Ability to turn complex information, data and insights into simple, actionable outputs and recommendations
•    Ability to work independently, to take ownership of the brand, its vision and the projects
•    Be able to, and enjoy, working across a very diverse team
•    Excellent social, written and verbal communication skills

US salary ranges

USD $141,000.00  -  $211,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.  In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
