About the role

We're seeking a Project Manager to spearhead supply-related projects, driving innovation and efficiency across our operations. In this vibrant role, you will marshal projects from inception to completion, being the linchpin that connects diverse teams and processes. Your expertise will facilitate initiatives that enhance our dynamic supply chain — ultimately helping millions achieve healthier lives.

Your responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end supply chain assessments to identify opportunities across cost, service, resilience, and capacity.
  • Evaluate long-term demand trends, technology shifts, and category strategies to inform network design decisions.
  • Lead global network optimization efforts, including sourcing locations, manufacturing footprint, and distribution flows.
  • Analyze capacity, constraints, logistics costs, and lead times to recommend footprint improvements (e.g., consolidation, nearshoring, dual sourcing).
  • Identify and drive COGS reduction initiatives through sourcing strategy, network redesign, and supplier alignment.
  • Build and validate business cases, including scenario modeling, financial impact (COGS), and risk assessments in partnership with Finance.
  • Assess geopolitical, regulatory, and macroeconomic risks to ensure a resilient, future-ready global network strategy.
  • Deliver data-driven insights using advanced analytics and modeling, while influencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field required; MBA or technical master’s preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or innovation management.
  • Strong understanding of supplier ecosystems, sourcing strategies, and emerging technology trends.
  • Proven ability to evaluate new technologies and translate them into actionable business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in supplier performance management and strategic partnership development.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments.
  • Experience with digital sourcing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Coupa, Kinaxis) and supplier risk systems.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with experience optimizing complex supplier networks and driving network optimization initiatives.

Salary Range

USD $156,000.00 -  $234,000.00

Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
