As Global Brand Manager, you will play a key role in driving the equity of our purpose-driven brands that are trusted by millions around the world. Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager – Specialty Infant Formula, you’ll have the freedom to create an impact by supporting the strategy and leading the development and execution driving overall equity and brand growth.  Marketing at Reckitt is challenging and rewarding, based on consumer/medical insights and strong scientific evidence and product innovations. It is also a proven discipline and has developed General Managers, Senior Vice Presidents, and Regional Directors across the business. 


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Contribute to the growth platform, strategy, and earnings model for a global Nutrition Power Brand
  • Collaborate with global markets for complex cross-country projects (understanding consumer and healthcare needs in different countries)
  • Support country marketing teams on an ongoing basis in all aspects of brand marketing execution relating to the brand equity and specific project areas to identify and support growth opportunities
  • Work with cross-functional teams including R&D, Regulatory, Supply and Finance, as well as, renowned external partners and agencies
  • Work on life-saving and changing products that positively impact families



  • Develop, prioritize and lead delivery of key equity projects related to Nutrition specialty brand purpose and communications, and developing the brand equity in line with the brand strategy
  • Provide cross-functional leadership across global functions, lead market marketing and key functions to ensure projects are delivered on time 
  • Support multiple global BDI (Business Development Initiatives) projects across stage gates for launch, including concept development, consumer and medical messaging/claims 
  • Support development and deployment of brand purpose initiatives
  • Support the strategy and execution of medical education initiatives supporting BDIs
  • Responsible for driving P&L performance by driving incremental top line via BDIs, brand equity and overall productivity to enhance profitability
  • Deployment of BDIs and other brand equity projects to teams across various geographies around the world
  • Partner with Insights & Analytics team to develop consumer insights and research for various equity projects and opportunities 
  • Identify best practices and develop Global Success Models
  • Key point of contact representing Global Category Team with local marketing teams across the world
  • Support development equity and purpose platforms to drive differentiation and create a deep connection and affinity with consumers and healthcare providers
  • Category Information Management and analysis, including financials, market shares and competitive information



  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in consumer and/or healthcare marketing with large CPG company
  • Experience in health nutrition categories and driving recommendations and trail via healthcare professionals
  • Experience in medical marketing (nutrition category preferred), and  BDIs
  • IMEX experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Capable of operating effectively at the most senior levels
  • Business focused and business acumen
