About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Data & Reporting Analyst Reporting to the Global Supply Productivity and Simplification manager. The ideal candidate will excel in mapping and engineering data systems, manipulating various data, providing actionable insights, developing and maintaining dashboards, and collaborating across functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and project management to drive productivity and simplification initiatives.

Your responsibilities

1.    Data Mapping and Engineering:
    o    Analyze and understand the business and supply chain data ecosystem.
    o    Query and integrate data from multiple systems, including SAP ERP, Databricks, finance system, and formulation documentation systems.
    o    Establish robust data frameworks and connections across platforms.
2.    Data Analysis and Reporting:
    o    Translate business requirements into actionable data needs.
    o    Deliver critical insights through data analysis to support cross-functional projects focused on productivity and simplification.
    o    Build and implement data solutions using a range of approaches, such as business intelligence (BI), data visualization, and machine learning models.
3.    Dashboard Development and Maintenance:
    o    Maintain and update existing BI dashboards and tools.
    o    Manage access controls and foster a user community for analytics tools.
    o    Design and develop end-to-end supply chain Power BI dashboards to meet the diverse needs of stakeholders.
4.    Data Project Management:
    o    Collaborate with IT to develop automated data models and pipelines for the supply data lake.
    o    Act as a bridge between IT and functional teams (procurement, R&D, quality, regulatory) to deliver data-driven solutions.
    o    Ensure projects are executed within scope, budget, and timelines.
5.    Stakeholder Engagement:
    o    Organize communication and interaction with user community, including regular updates and feedback sessions.
    o    Develop and conduct training sessions to enable users to leverage data tools effectively.

The experience we're looking for

1.    Education and Experience:
    o    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
    o    1-3 years of experience in data analytics, visualization, reporting, or a related field, with a focus on manufacturing/food industry and supply chain data.
2.    Technical Skills:
    o    Proficiency in querying and working with ERP systems like SAP Sunrise, and other enterprise-level platforms.
    o    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Fabric, Databricks, especially Power BI, for dashboard creation and visualization.
    o    Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
    o    Familiarity with statistics, machine learning techniques and their application in business scenarios will be a plus.
3.    Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
    o    Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions.
    o    Proven track record in data analysis, modeling, and delivering insights for decision-making.
4.    Project Management:
    o    Experience in managing data-centric projects, including building automated pipelines and scalable data models.
    o    Ability to work cross-functionally with IT and business teams to deliver projects successfully.
5.    Soft Skills:
    o    Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and lead training sessions.
    o    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    o    Proactive and collaborative mindset, with a focus on delivering value to the team and stakeholders.

US salary ranges

USD $76,000.00 -  $114,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
