Go-To-Market Manager, Global Medical Sales

About the role

As part of Nutrition Global Medical Operations Team, the GTM Manager is responsible for identifying and solving country-specific sales and commercial challenges for Medical Channel in a context of very complex regulatory and competitive environment with multiple stakeholders leveraging omni-channel opportunities. Channel priority is to work with local and regional sales organisations, relevant Marketing, Medical Marketing and Medical Affairs contacts, local GM and Sales/Medical Sales Director to consistently develop Go-to-Market capabilities based on the Global Framework and to unlock further growth potential through fulfilling identified opportunities.

Your responsibilities

•    Lead the planning and execution of analysis to derive organisational and commercial recommendations based on ROI models from attained data sources, utilising the company’s defined Go-To-Market methodology drive recommendations. 
•    Help to implement change through clear implementation plans and follow-up of the agreed market action plans and KPIs to measure. 
•    Lead and coach the local team throughout the projects 
•    Support the building of organisational structures and work plans that deliver efficient Go-To-Market strategies for Medical Channel. 

The experience we're looking for

  •  A minimum of 5 years' experience in a related role and a similar industry
  • First-hand experience on project management and systematic analysis
  • Knowledgeable on Go to Market Models for Medical Sales Teams in Nutrition or Pharma industry.
  • Strong on analytical skills with ability to problem solve, develop strategies, tactics. 
  • An exceptional communicator and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Able to deploy learning strategies to gain more information about HCPs, such as targeting and segmentation, Sales optimization/refinement, and competitive intelligence analysis.
  • Able to explain and communicate a complex, multi-year strategic initiative and roadmap through a simple narrative, easy to understand for non-medical audiences.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with IT and business teams to deliver projects successfully
  • Hands on GTM implementations and post GTM follow up/reporting in nutrition or pharma industry.
  • Technical understanding of data visualization tools and experience designing and building complex dashboards in Power BI
  • Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
  • Project management experience in consultancy companies
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ownership to convert GTM strategy into local (Market) reality.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically about GTM.
  • Able to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates a comfortable & effective workplace.
  • Passion for analysis
  • Stakeholder management with ability to use stakeholders as a sounding board.

US salary ranges

USD $150,000.00 -  $224,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
