Your responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and supporting hiring managers.
• Prepare and issue offer letters
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and documentation.
HR Systems & Data Management
• Ensure HR systems such MYRB are consistently updated with accurate employee data.
• Track and manage expiration dates of temporary contracts and notify relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Support data integrity and reporting needs
Project Support – Disentanglement
• Collaborate with the project team to support HR-related deliverables.
• Partner Respective Business Leaders in day-to-day HR topics
• Provide support on change management
• Provide support for project-related HR activities, including documentation and communication.
General HR Coordination
• Respond to employee HR related queries
• Support ad hoc HR initiatives and process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience in HR coordination or administration, ideally in a project-based or transitional environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR documentation.
• Proficiency in HR systems (experience with Success Factors is a plus).
• Proficiency in Ms Office
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The experience we're looking for
• Previous experience in a similar role or within HR departments.
• University degree (preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Administration, or related fields).
• Good understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR administration.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook and PPT).
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
• Experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors) will be an asset

US salary ranges
$106,000.00 - $158,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
