About the role
We’re seeking an IT&D Product Manager to lead the strategy and end‑to‑end lifecycle of enterprise data products across domains like Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance. The role focuses on building scalable, reusable, and governed data solutions, partnering with Data Engineering and Architecture, and driving adoption through clear KPIs. Strong technical skills in Databricks, SQL, Python, Azure, and modern DevOps practices are essential, along with experience managing cross‑domain data products and collaborating with global stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
- Drive the enterprise data product strategy across key business domains.
- Manage the end‑to‑end data product lifecycle from intake to adoption.
- Design and deliver scalable, reusable data products and pipelines.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Architecture to build standardized models and components.
- Ensure alignment with cloud data platforms and governance, security, and quality standards.
- Translate business needs into high‑value, scalable data solutions.
- Oversee data governance practices (quality, access control, lineage).
- Manage vendors and partners to ensure effective, cost‑efficient delivery.
- Align global and regional teams, acting as a bridge between business and IT&D.
- Track and improve product performance using clear KPIs.
The experience we're looking for
- Strong background in IT, data analytics, or product management within enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing and delivering data products or analytics solutions across multiple business domains.
- Hands‑on expertise with Databricks, SQL, Python, and modern DataOps/DevOps practices.
- Practical experience using cloud and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with AI/ML and GenAI technologies and their application to data products.
- Solid understanding of modern data architectures, governance frameworks, and cloud data platforms.
- Proven ability to design and operationalize scalable, reusable data products from ingestion to consumption.
- Strong track record of stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration in global or matrixed environments.
- Experience managing vendors and partners to ensure effective delivery.
- Background in FMCG/CPG or other global industries is a plus.

US salary ranges
USD $112,000.00 - $168,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
