About the role
The IT&D RGM Lead for North America will be a critical partner to the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) function within the North America business. This role will be responsible for defining and delivering the IT and Data strategy and roadmap to enable and accelerate Reckitt's RGM ambitions. You will act as the primary interface between the RGM business teams and the broader IT&D organization, ensuring that technology and data solutions are aligned with business needs, drive efficiency, and unlock growth opportunities across pricing, promotion, assortment, and trade investment.
Your responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the North America RGM strategy, priorities, and challenges. Act as a trusted advisor to the RGM leadership team on all IT and data-related matters.
• In collaboration with the RGM teams, define and prioritize IT and data initiatives that support RGM objectives. This includes identifying opportunities for new tools, technologies, data analytics capabilities, and process improvements.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT and data solutions for RGM, working closely with internal IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders. This includes requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Define and implement a data strategy for RGM, ensuring data quality, integrity, accessibility, and security. Collaborate with data governance teams to establish and enforce data standards and policies.
• Partner with the RGM analytics teams to identify and deliver data and technology solutions that enhance their ability to generate actionable insights. This may include the implementation of advanced analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to RGM. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions that can provide a competitive advantage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across RGM, IT&D, Finance, Sales, and Marketing. Effectively communicate IT and data initiatives, progress, and challenges.
• Manage the IT budget allocated to RGM initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource utilization.
• Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new IT and data solutions by the RGM teams. Provide training and support as needed.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in IT and data processes supporting RGM, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
The experience we're looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in IT with 3-5 years of experience in dealing with RGM programs/tools, with a significant focus on supporting commercial functions, ideally within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) teams and a strong understanding of RGM principles, including pricing, promotion, assortment, and trade investment.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing IT and data strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives.
• Experience in leading the delivery of complex IT projects, from initiation to deployment and support.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, data warehousing, business intelligence, and analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, advanced analytics platforms).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to influence and build strong working relationships across different teams and functions.
• Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
